What is a WhatsApp AI agent?
A WhatsApp AI agent is software that chats with your customers on your business WhatsApp number. It understands normal messages, answers from your own information and can book appointments or save leads.
How is it different from a normal chatbot?
Older chatbots only work with fixed buttons and keywords. An AI agent understands free-text messages, including Urdu, Roman Urdu and voice notes, and answers in the customer's own words.
Will it make up answers?
It is set up to answer only from the information you give it, such as prices, timings and services. If it does not know, it says so and passes the customer to your team.
