What exactly does IRFLECTORS build?
AI systems that handle customer conversations and the work around them. Today our main product is an AI WhatsApp agent that answers customers, books appointments, captures leads and logs everything to your CRM. We also build custom automation workflows.
Is this the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. We use the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), and IRFLECTORS is a Meta-verified business. We do not use unofficial tools that put your number at risk.
How long does it take to go live?
Usually 3 to 4 working days after we receive your business information and WhatsApp access.
What if the AI does not know the answer?
It answers only from the information you approve. When it is unsure, it hands the conversation to your team instead of guessing.
How much does it cost?
