These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe the general terms that apply when you visit irflectors.com or engage IRFLECTORS for AI, automation, consulting, integration, or related business services.

1. Services

IRFLECTORS provides AI and business automation services, which may include workflow automation, AI agents, integrations, customer-support automation, lead-capture systems, and related consulting or implementation work. The exact scope of a project is determined by the agreed proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful access to systems and accounts, required approvals, and any content or data necessary to deliver the agreed service.

3. Third-Party Platforms

Some services may depend on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Meta services, cloud providers, CRM systems, automation platforms, or AI providers. Their availability, policies, pricing, and functionality may change independently of IRFLECTORS.

4. Acceptable Use

Services must be used lawfully and in compliance with applicable platform policies and applicable laws. Clients must not use systems built or configured by IRFLECTORS for fraud, abuse, spam, unauthorized access, or other unlawful activity.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each party retains rights to its pre-existing materials, trademarks, software, content, and intellectual property. Project-specific ownership or licensing terms may be defined in the applicable written agreement.

6. Payments and Project Terms

Pricing, payment schedules, deliverables, timelines, support, and cancellation terms are established separately for each engagement where applicable.

7. No Guarantee of Third-Party Approval

IRFLECTORS may assist with integrations, applications, or submissions to third-party platforms, but cannot guarantee approval, uninterrupted availability, or policy decisions made by those platforms.
